It started with a Quarter Cask in 2021. Three years later, that same rum has journeyed through stout-soaked oak and six months of finishing to become one of our boldest releases yet.

First filled in 2021, the original rum aged in our White Bay home until mid-2024, where it was decanted and set aside. The rum-soaked cask then went to be filled for fermentation of a delicious, rich, chocolatey Stout. When the Stout was ready, it was emptied and sent back to us. The same rum went back into the cask for another six months.

Crafted in collaboration with Three Tails Brewery in Mudgee, this Stout Cask Rum is rich and brooding, with notes of bitter chocolate, mocha coffee, dried fruit and a whisper of baker’s spice.
