The Red Mill Christmas Rum Liqueur is about celebrating the best of a long Christmas lunch.

This is a sweeter, richer, more decadent version of our Spiced Rum. Perfect for sipping with dessert on the day, or using in cocktails throughout summer.

We start with a blend of our Spiced and Coconut Rums, which is then macerated with Panettone, dried Cranberries, Apricots, Cinnamon and more. We then add vanilla sugar to bring the alcohol to a more approachable 28%.

The style is fragrant and Christmas-y, decadent but easy to drink. This is a limited release of 200 bottles.
